breakfast – 1 jimmy dean turkey sausage muffin d-lights, 1 can V8
lunch – 1 cup light and fit yogurt blueberry
dinner – 1 lean cuisine panini, broccoli and cauliflower
snacks – 2 granola bar
workout – Walk Home from work 1.4 miles..went home sick..man I hate these fucking colds.

breakfast – morning spark oatmeal with soymilk, 1 can of V8, and a glass of ginger tea (help with this damn cold)
lunch -1 healthy choice smoked chicken panini on whole grain
dinner – chicken stir fry with veggies and brown rice…no sauce
snacks – 1 dannon light and fit blueberry yogurt , 2 granola bars
workout – I’ll start up again tomorow..still feeling a little sick with sore throat

breakfast – Nature Valley Organic Vanilla Nut with Soy-milk, 1 can of low sodium V8
lunch – Healthy Choice Tomato Basil and Mozzarella Panini
dinner - chicken stir-fry with vegetables (no sauce), with basil, jalapeno peppers
snacks – 1 Dannon Light and Fit peach yogurt
workout – Fighting a cold no workout.

monday weigh-in – My Achiles last week acted up a bit which prevented me from doing some more intense cadio but another 3 1/2 pounds ain’t so bad.
Just have to continue to keep at it..
breakfast – Morning Spark Natural Energy Instant Oatmeal (Mixed Berry Acai) with Soymilk, 1 can of low sodium V8
lunch – lean cuisine chicken tuscan panini, mixed veggies
dinner -3 whole grain turkey wraps with Jack Daniel’s Honey Dijon Mustard
snacks – light and fit strawberry yogurt
workout – am=20 minute speed walk through warehouse before work. pm=ex. bike 25 minutes

breakfast – 1 jimmy dean turkey sausage muffin d-lights, 1 can V8
lunch – 2 whole grain tortilla shell with fajita flavored chicken, bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, onions and Italian seasoning, bottled water
dinner – 1 chicken breast baked, 1 cup wheat pasta, diced tomatoes with chilis, basil, and italian herbs
snacks – 10 oz bottle of Tropicana Orange Juice, 2 granola bars
workout – am=ex. bike 20 minutes…..pm=Kenpo X 40 minutes and ex. bike 15 minutes

Breakfast – Egg Beaters
Lunch – 1 Healthy Choice Apple and Chicken Panini with some jalapeno peppers
Dinner – 2 Turkey Burgers on wheat bun with Honey mustard and Jalapeno Peppers , Handful of French Fries
Snacks – Yogurt, Granola Bar, OJ
Workout – am=exercise bike 40 minutes…pm=Exercise Bike 35 minutes and some resistance band training.

Dinner – 1 Smart Ones Lemon Herb Chicken Piccata with extra Broccoli

Workout -am=15 minutes exercise bike,Resistance Band workout 1 set each exercise…….pm=

Lunch -1 Smart Ones Grilled Chicken in Garlic Herb
Dinner – 1 Smart ones Chicken Oriental with extra Broccoli, Bell peppers and Onion….2 hard shell taco’s and potatoe Ole’s :*( !! (I suck)
Snacks – Granola Bar 9:00, Granola Bar 1:30
Workout – am=15 minutes Exercise Bike

Workout – am=tricord total body workout 25 minutes…..pm=exercise bike 45 minutes

Lunch – Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers General Tso’s Spicy Chicken, bottled water
Dinner – 1 Pork Chop, Mashed Potatoes with parkay spray, Corn.
Snacks – Granola Bar Honey ‘N Oats
Workout – did some bicep curls, Bench Press and Sim Pull ups on the resistance Band otherwise today is a light day…
