Day Twenty six

breakfast -2 packs of morning spark oatmeal with soymilk, 1 can of V8

lunch – 1 lean cuisine pizza bread

dinner – chicken and veggies stir fry with olive oil (no sauce) with a pinch of Mrs Dash Spicy Hot seasoning.

snacks – 2 granola bars

workout – none
