breakfast – 1 bowl nature valley organic Vanilla Nut with soymilk
lunch – 1 chipotle chicken Burito Bol with everything except sour cream
dinner – baked chicken diced up and mixed with Knorr side plus southwest style rice
snacks -
workout – ex. bike 40 minutes
