Day Forty two (weigh in day)

 Lost another three pounds.It seems to be the norm right now.Funny since the only exercising I have been getting lately is work.I am going to start pushing myself again with the cardio, I am actually really proud of myself..Last Summer i was around 245-250, My first step was getting rid of all soda pop and i switched to bottled water..That got me down to around 235 then Anthony started this challenge and I have dropped down to where i am now.214…anyways enough of my babbling…..

My Secret:Lots of hot Green and Herbal Tea mixed with honey, crystal Light , ONE Helping per Meal Only and Moderate,Don’t eat after 6-7 pm and move around for at least 30 minutes a day to get some cardio in, oh and also do some kind of resistance training.I use bands because of lack of space.

breakfast -  2 packs of Oatmeal with soymilk

lunch – chicken stir fry

dinner -pork roast, pasta and peas

snacks – some kind of roll with rasberry fillin inside (mmmm tasty)

exercise – 20 minutes walk before work.
