My short term Goal is to get back to where i was last summer at 175-180.Long Term is get physically fit and possibly get down to about 165 or so and to put on muscle.Dietwise I want to get more educated on a more raw food lifestyle and to cut the junk food permanently.The Junk has really taken its toll on me since Thanksgiving and I have been stressing about all winter, now it is time to kick it in gear….
