lunch – 1 chipotle chicken Burito Bol with everything except sour cream

dinner – baked chicken diced up and mixed with Knorr side plus southwest style rice

snacks -

workout – ex. bike 40 minutes

Day Twenty Nine

breakfast – 2 nutter butter granola bars

lunch – chicken stir fry with vegies and hot pepper (light on the sauce)

dinner – chicken stir fry with veggies

snacks – 2 curves granola bars, friends home made salsa and chips.

workout – walk home from work 1.4 miles

Day Twenty Eight (week four weigh in)

No Change… Kind of already knew this would happen because of the cold i have had since last Tuesday.I haven’t exercised since last Monday at least i kinda kept to my diet..But hey it is a new week and i am slowly starting to feel better.So I see no reason why I shouldn’t be able to start up again tonight..tomorrow for sure.

breakfast – 1 jimmy dean turkey sausage muffin d-lights, 1 can V8

lunch – Chicken Basil Panini

dinner – chicken pasta dish thingy with Italian seasoning, Tomatoes, Zuchini…with Wheat Pasta

dinner – wheat pasta with diced tomato and corn mixed with two slices of turkey roast

lunch – 1 lean cuisine pizza bread

dinner – chicken and veggies stir fry with olive oil (no sauce) with a pinch of Mrs Dash Spicy Hot seasoning.

snacks – 2 granola bars

workout – none
